2. Ordering & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Canadian dollars and are subject to change without notice.
  • Orders must be placed through our website or an approved sales channel.
  • We accept payments via PayPal, credit card, debit card, and e-transfer.
  • Payments must be completed before orders are processed.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently offer GTA delivery. Additional delivery details, including scheduling and fees, will be provided at checkout.
  • Delivery schedules are based on availability and will be confirmed upon order placement.
  • Customers must ensure their delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
  • Once delivered, products must be refrigerated immediately to maintain freshness.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.
  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless there is an issue with the product upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product.
  • Cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of placing the order. After this time, orders will be processed and cannot be canceled.

  • Our juices are made from fresh, cold-pressed ingredients and are free from artificial additives or preservatives.
  • While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, our products are processed in a facility that may handle nuts, seeds, and other allergens.
  • Our juices are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you have dietary restrictions or health concerns, please consult a healthcare professional before consuming our products.

6. Wholesale Orders & Agreements

  • Wholesale customers must submit a Wholesale Inquiry Form to discuss pricing, terms, and minimum order requirements.
  • Wholesale orders are subject to payment terms and delivery schedules as outlined in our wholesale agreement.
